Farid Tabarki is the founder of Studio Zeitgeist, a popular speaker and world traveler. He regularly writes for Het Financieele Dagblad and in 2016 he published the very well-received book “Het Einde van het Midden – Wat een maatschappij van extremen betekent voor mens, bedrijf en politiek”. He also presented the TV programs MTV Coolpolitics en Durf te denken: Van Socrates tot Sartre. According to de Volkskrant, Farid is one of the two hundred most influential Dutch people. Moreover, he is one of the youngest on this list. Farid is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds, Internationaal Theater Amsterdam and a member of the board of directors of De Baak. He was also a member of Platform Onderwijs2032, which issued advice on the future of basic education in 2016 at the request of the Dutch cabinet.

With Studio Zeitgeist he researches the (European) zeitgeist. The challenges that organizations and professionals face in the transition to the Liquid Society are central to this. The insights gained are processed by the studio into concrete advice and projects that many (internationally operating) organizations benefit from. The studio recently published the white paper “The Transformation Playground: Reinventing Business Principles”. It describes the most important organizing principles of the 21st century, which organizations and professionals must take into account. In his lectures, Farid takes the participants along in this transformation in an inspiring way and reflects on what this requires from people and organizations.

After all, Farid aims to visit all countries in the world. He has now visited 152, so with 46 to go he has already reached more than three quarters of his goal.
